If You Need to Swap an Item

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, tags, and protective coverings).

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, damage (not related to manufacturing defect), or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@theairamart.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  • Return Authorization (RMA): We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may not be processed.

  • Packaging: Securely package your item in its original packaging. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
